You must manually select an app based layout (portrait / landscape)

This tool is based on Android 4.4, so be sure to test the app that supports Android 4.4 or above version.

Follow these steps

Open Google Chrome on your PC
Search the ARC Welder app extension on Chrome
Install the extension and click on the 'Launch app' button
Now, you have to download an APK file to run the app.
Click the 'Choose' button and add the downloaded APK file to the extension
Select the 'Orientation' and 'Form-Factor' settings for the app.

Now, click 'Test' to open the app.
